We started Bounty on Growth with one simple desire – to help people make their money work harder for them.
The seeds for our financial media company first sprouted when co-founders Amanda and Ravi volunteered at a local community center teaching financial literacy classes. Going over concepts like budgeting, saving, investing, and growing wealth, they engaged with community members from all walks of life who just wanted to do better for themselves and their families.
In those crowded community center rooms, Amanda and Ravi recognized there was so much collective desire to grow financial security and prosperity. However, opaque language and over complicated advice often left people feeling lost, overwhelmed or too intimidated to even start. There had to be a better way.
Combining Amanda’s background in consumer research and Ravi’s decade in fintech, they brainstormed how to synthesize essential financial news for the everyday person. It had to be accessible, non-judgmental and full of the encouragement lacking in so many people’s early money experiences.
After six months of late nights developing curriculum and creative frameworks to bring ideas to life…Bounty on Growth was born. We started as a passion project – determined to cultivate financial ‘green thumbs’ regardless of where anyone was starting from.
Three years later and much abundant growth, readers now look to Bounty on Growth as a trusted voice in understanding money and markets.
